Barry, Why do I see this same description on everyone's Flip Book site?
(This Only applies to South Florida as all other Atlanta Companies have stopped offering Flip Books)
Well... It's because most people would rather copy an Original than think for themselves. Being the First Flipbook Company in South Florida, I spent many hours explaining what FlipnPics was to people that had never seen anything like it before. Now, with a few more companies selling a very CHEAP Imitation of a Flip Book Party Favor, it's even more essential to know how different we are... and why we are worth the price difference. Some of them actually show our work as theirs, but since they hired us to work for them... they have the right to do so, even though it's wrong.
So, what is FlipnPics, you ask?
Simply put, Guests shoot a 6 second video. We print out the photos and bind them into a FUN Flip Book in minutes. Your guests may choose from a wide assortment of props. The entertainment value starts with watching others create their Flip Books! It’s amazing to see everyone preparing for their own time in front of the camera. The fun continues as guests take their turn at performing for the camera. The excitement spreads fast as people show off what they have done and encourage the other guests to rush over to make their own. Watch even the most subdued guests do some of the best acts!
How does it work?
Guests enter our studio area and a short video is filmed. While filming the video, guests may dance, wave, blow kisses or make up skits. Our staff will give you an idea of skits to perform or you can just be spontaneous. With Adults... The more they have had to drink, the Funnier the Videos become. It's NOT uncommon for us to have 20 - 30 people standing around our booth... Laughing Hysterically.

We realize that you can find vendors that have a Party Favor cheaper than ours. BUT, No one can offer the Entertainment, Hilarity and Memories that we do.

Do You Offer Wholesale Pricing?
We do for Event Planners, Catering Venues, DJ Companies, Photographers and Other Companies in the Entertainment Business.
This is actually how we became so Popular in the South Florida Marketplace. We also offer Charity Events and School Proms our Wholesale Pricing.
However, this does not include Corporate Events.
How many flipbooks can you make in an hour?
We average 45 to 50 flipbooks per hour. This number all depends on the cooperation of the guests and the number of retakes and copies they want us to do. We also try to keep the number of people in the video between 2 - 4.
What do you charge the guests for the books?
Nothing!!! The cost of producing the books onsite is included in the event charge.
What do you need in order to set up at an event?
We prefer a 12 foot x 12 foot area, but can be slightly flexible depending on the layout of the venue. We also need a wall and one standard power outlet. If possible, three 6 foot tables with matching Skirting, however we do have our own with Black Skirting.
Does FlipnPics travel to events outside of your region?
Yes, we do! FlipnPics is Based in the Metro Atlanta area but we still work A LOT in Florida, especially in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Orlando and The Keys. The only thing we ask (above our rate) is for one to two nights in a Hotel Room... depending on when and where the event is taking place. Do you do outdoor events?
Yes and NO! Yes we do... however only after the sun has set and during the cooler months (April and May/September and October)! If you need us to provide a tent or generator, extra fees will be involved. Please let us know if you would like us to be outdoors when you ask for the quote so we can work out the details of the logistics. Generally, the purchaser must provide shelter from the elements, whether it be gusts of wind, potential rain or Lots of Bugs. The site conditions and a site survey must be done well in advance of an outdoor event. Extra charges may apply. WE DO NOT perform outside during the Day due to Quality issues with the Harsh Lighting.
What about Green Screen?
We have decided not to offer Green Screen as...
A) It Costs Us More and We Have to Charge You More.
B) It takes up more room and requires a lot of lighting.
C) Do you want your guest to see themselves having fun or see themselves blended into a distracting background?
Time and Experience has proven that our White Background ( or a Professional Step and Repeat Backdrop) works the Best.
